Our pet cookies are handmade to order, therefore, please allow seven days from the date of order to delivery.  

Our food products are handmade with fresh ingredients and they are free from artificial colourings, flavours and preservatives. They should be refrigerated in an airtight container as per individual storage instruction. (Cookies for upto 5 days). Alternatively they can be frozen for up to three months in an airtight container. 

If you require a larger number of cookies or need your order for a specific date please email us well in advance with  your requirements to avoid disappointment.

All orders will be acknowledged and confirmed by email.

If you need to cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible as all treats are individually made to order and may incur a 50% charge if the order has already commenced.
