PRIVACY

Your details are not shared with any third parties and the information you provide is only used when shopping on our site. Your personal details including email and phone numbers are only  used and needed for shopping and billing purposes. If we need to contact you regarding your order,we will initially try contacting you via your email before trying to telephone.

PAYMENT

Every payment on our site is processed by PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can either log into your existing account or you can continue with payment without a PayPal account.

CANCELLATIONS

If for some reason you have to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible by email. If we have started to make your order you will be charged 50% of the full price, to cover the ingredients and time used. as every order is individually made to order. If your order has not been started then a full refund will be given via PayPal within 30 days.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are individually hand baked to specific order using fresh ingredients. We do not use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives, nor do we add salt or sugar. The online product description gives details of the ingredients and storage instructions. Should the purchaser have any doubts as to the suitability of the product for their pet, then we advise veterinary advice be sought before giving to the animal. As our products are individually handmade they may vary in size. However, the weights stated are the minimum and we will exceed the weight rather than despatch items underweight.
