Products

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update product information, prices or availability without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

The London Paw does not store your payment card details.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange either a suitable alternative (if available) or a full refund.

Product Safety
