Welcome to The London Paw Bakery. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Bakery Products

Every bakery item is freshly handmade to order using carefully selected ingredients.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, decoration, shape and weight may occur. However, every item will meet or exceed the stated minimum weight.

Product photographs are provided as a guide and may vary slightly from the finished item.

Orders

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.

Orders are accepted once they have been processed. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable alternative (where available) or a full refund.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before your order is prepared.

The London Paw does not store your payment card details.

Cancellations

As our bakery products are freshly prepared to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

If preparation has already begun, we may be unable to offer a full refund, as ingredients and preparation costs may already have been incurred.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged before dispatch to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and delivery times are shown on our Delivery & Returns page.

Ingredients & Allergens

All ingredients are listed within the product description wherever possible.

If you pet has any allergies or dietary requirements, please read the ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you require further information, please contact us before placing your order.

Product Safety

Our bakery products are intended as occasional treats and should always be fed under appropriate supervision.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is suitable for their pet's size, age and dietary needs.
