How Our Personal Shopping Service Works

1. Simply email us at contact@thelondonpaw.co.uk with details of the product you're looking for, together with your name and contact details. If your request is required by a specific date, please let us know.

2. We'll carefully review your enquiry and contact you if we need any additional information.

3. We'll search extensively throughout the UK and internationally to source the item(s). If we're successful, we'll email you with the price, estimated delivery time and, where appropriate, alternative options.

4. Our Personal Shopping Service fee is 15% of the retail product price.

5. If you wish to proceed, we'll send you a secure payment request. Once full payment has been received, we'll place your order and send you an order confirmation.

6. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order and advise you of the estimated delivery date.

7. Delivery times will vary depending on the supplier, product availability and destination.

8. If a supplier is unable to fulfil your order within a reasonable timescale, or if an agreed delivery date cannot be met before the order is placed, any payment you have made will be refunded in full.
